For nine days in February, restaurants, pubs and cafés in and around Rye put scallops landed by Rye's own fishing boats on their menus. Now in its 23rd year. Most of the Rye venues are a short walk apart.

Rye Fish Market is a 15-minute walk from The River Haven, and the town's restaurants are about 10 minutes on foot, so there's no need to drive.
