A fully licensed bar for residents and non-residents — open daily from noon until midnight.

A proper cooked breakfast in our conservatory restaurant — included for residents and open to non-residents from £8.50 per head.
Served 7am–10am Monday to Friday and 7.30am–10.30am at weekends. Have a look at the breakfast menu before you arrive.
Parking
Parking is famously hard to come by in Rye, so our large car park behind the hotel — free for guests throughout their stay — is a real perk.
